During our 9th student symposium, we had the great honor of hosting professor Gerald Frankel from Ohio State University as our keynote speaker. It was also our pleasure to listen to professor Nikolay Kornienko's research interests, and plans for his newly established lab at University of Montreal.
We scheduled 8 very interesting 20 minute-long student presentations, and ended the day on a high note with a poster session, followed by a wine and cheese networking event from 5 to 7, where our sponsors and participants enjoyed chatting, catching-up and exchanging contact information.
